Please Read Carefully!
This game has no Cloud Saving support. You can’t back up or download this save from the Nintendo Cloud as for most games. This means you can’t get this save the usual way.
How Does It Work ?
By releasing the Nintendo Switch 2, there is a new feature for Switch 1, where you can go into Options –> System –> System Transfer to Nintendo Switch 2.
This is what I am going to do on my console. This means you can receive saves which were not possible on the Nintendo Switch 1.
However!
If you use the System Transfer feature, your Nintendo Switch 2 console will perform a Factory Reset.
Saves you don’t have backed up to your Nintendo Cloud will be lost! You will lose the local saves (if you have any) for your games which do not support Cloud Saving or do not store their saves on a server. If there are any saves you want to keep, but can’t back up to your Nintendo Cloud without cloud saving support, you can use a secondary Switch 1 or Switch 2 and move your local save data there temporarily, and move it back later without losing anything.
The good thing is with these System Transfers, you don’t need to own these games for getting their modded save, so you can get the games themselves at a later date too.
Recommendation!
This also means, if you get a System Transfer from me with a modded Save, and you decide to get another one at a later date, your console will do a Factory Reset again, and you will lose the previous System Transfer you received, and you will lose all your local saves, including the one(s) you purchased before. Unless you have a secondary Switch to move saves back and forth.
Because of this, I recommend considering getting all the System Transfer Only Saves you are interested in, to not lose anything later.
